These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and obligations when using our website and purchasing products from us. 

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the relationship between Errigal Amber Ltd as the seller and operator of the e-shop www.nestrituals.com, and you, the customer (“you”, “your”), who enters into a purchase contract with us. 
We aim to provide fair and transparent service to all customers, whether private individuals or business clients. Unless stated otherwise, all provisions apply equally to both.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website www.nestrituals.com or via any other remote communication channels that we may offer. 

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

You may place an order through our e-shop. When you submit your order online, you are making an offer to buy products under these Terms. 
Your order remains valid for 7 days. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. The purchase agreement is concluded once we confirm dispatch of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased, especially in cases of promotional discounts or clearance events.
Orders are placed by clicking the “Order Now” or similar confirmation button. You can review and correct any details before submitting your order. For transparency, the wording of these Terms and your order details are securely stored for up to 6 years. 

3. Right to Withdraw (Change of Mind Returns)

Under Irish and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. 
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at info@nestrituals.com. You may use the standard withdrawal form available on our website.
If you withdraw within the statutory 14-day period, we will refund the full purchase price including the least expensive standard delivery option. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. If a promotional gift was included with your order, it must also be returned. Failure to return any complimentary item may delay your refund.
Returned products must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with all hygiene seals intact. Products that have been opened or used, or which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, or perfumes), are not eligible for refund.
Customised or engraved items, as well as completed services such as gift wrapping, are non-refundable. 

4. Complaints and Faulty Goods

If you receive defective goods, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or reasonable price reduction in line with Irish consumer law. 
Our products are covered by a 6-year period for latent defects or the expiry date printed on the packaging, whichever comes first.
Goods are considered defective if they do not match the description, fail to perform as expected, or are delivered in the wrong quantity. Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities to ingredients do not constitute a defect.
Please contact us at info@nestrituals.com to initiate a complaint. When returning goods, include a short description of the issue and your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, etc.).
We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days. You will be updated by email throughout the process.
If your complaint is justified, we will bear the cost of returning the goods and shipping replacements. 

5. Payment and Delivery

Available payment options include Revolut Pay, credit/debit card, PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. 
Delivery is carried out via trusted courier partners. Current delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery within Ireland typically takes 2-4 working days, and to the UK or EU 5-7 working days, to other EU countries – 5-9 working days, other Europe countries – 7-12 days. These are indicative timelines and may vary based on courier performance or seasonal demand.
We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time; such offers are subject to conditions specified in each case. 

6. Discounts, Promotions, and Gift Vouchers

We may offer discount codes, vouchers, and promotional deals. Each is subject to individual terms and validity periods.
Unless otherwise specified, only one discount or voucher code may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to future orders.
If a voucher’s value exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance will not be carried forward or refunded. 

7. Samples and Gifts

From time to time, Nestrituals.com may include free product samples or small gifts with orders as a gesture of goodwill. 
These samples are for promotional purposes only and do not constitute part of your paid order. Differences in sample availability, packaging, or contents do not qualify as product defects.
We may contact you for feedback on samples or services received. You may opt out of such communications at any time. 

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may contact the European Consumer Centre Ireland for assistance with online purchases: https://www.eccireland.ie. 
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any legal proceedings will take place before the Irish courts. 

9. Pricing, Tax, and Invoices

All prices shown on Nestrituals.com include Irish VAT at the current applicable rate. 
If VAT rates change between your order and dispatch date, the new rate will be applied, and we will notify you if this affects your total price.
An electronic invoice will be issued once your order is dispatched. If you would like a printed copy, please contact info@nestrituals.com.
Prices remain valid until updated on the website or while stocks last.
